Where is the exergen demo plant going in the LV? The RFC papers say that they have done a deal with someone about that.

But who?

And why is it being kept a secret? If anyone is going to the clean coal conference in Melbourne in a few days time perhaps they could ask the LY executive who is presenting a paper about the journey from lignite upgrading pilot plants to a commercial facility whether his mine is likely to host any of the ALDP funded BC techs.

Because this can be the only valid reason that LY are talking about that topic at this conference.

And at the same conference the exergen CEO, Ignite boss and CSIRO reps from the DICE project are also delivering papers on demo plants?

And a large group of key decision makers from the DPI are involved as well? The same Govt agency that is running the ALDP?

This degree of BCP/ALDP planetary alignment at this stage in the game looks to have been carefully planned IMO.

Is the conference the next phase of the planned Govt PR offensive to sell the virtues of a BCP? Those exergen/Vic Govt FOI papers crikey posted last year revealed that winning over the public was a key part of the Govt plan, and that Herald Sun front page story about the exergen plans planted by Baillieu and O'Brien supported that 100%.
