UT your wasting your time-let em burn!! They have no interest in learnng or reality, all they want to do is convince themselves they have done the right thing-they are delusional!
Now that things are picking up Im reading commnets like 'yeah the property prices need to increase a bit more so it can really crash' and 'the prices might rise for another 12 months before the crash' or 'its a bull trap' etc lol
They just keep making excuses. Leave them be and move on-and come back in 2 years when property still hasnt crashed and read how they will still be spouting the same excuses lol
