The Gain in the leader board is calc'ed as the maximum % Gain achieved in the 4 weeks after you picked it until it expires and drops off the list.
The most labour intensive part is in cutting and pasting the entries into a spread sheet and spell checking... Hence my insistence on good company descriptions that I don't have to find more information on ie Companies business, TA FA Setup etc...
Calculation of leaders and list production is 100% Automated.
So if the data entry becomes to onerous (ie interferes with my own investment then I will have to abandon..) hence I keep rabbiting on about good succinct description of 1 - 2 paragraphs which make it easy to cut an paste.
