    Are you allowed to turn up with a wheelbarrow of cash 1 min before it closes? Something's afoot anyway - there was a 15c bid this morning who decided he couldn't wait any longer for someone to sell into him so he started munching into the 16.5 and now 17c. Nobody does that unless they know ...
