no there not making a fortune, i work as a subby for a building company, the builder there is on a salary of 60k per year and a shareholding in the company, so gets payed in profits, if there is any, the last 2 years they have made a loss, things are picking up now, but i must state, i do not work building houses, housing is struggling no doubt, builders are looking for ways to cut house building costs, all the concrete producers just put up the price of concrete again within the last few weeks.
