Good luck with your efforts to recoup losses on this dog stock.

I am of the belief that Novus are obligated to make finances available due them underwriting the recent rights issue. How can they now say they don't have enough money? That would be a breach of the underwriting agreement and in itself leave Novus open to litigation.

I am still of the belief also that things here could turn a bit more positive if they can get the fracking done on the horizontal well and they get reasonable flow rates. They also have the Eagle Ford Project for some revenue.

Regarding the litigation against directors I think they whole thing in the end will be a waste of time because these kind of matters are rarely resolved in a positive way by courts.
