I'm here, watching and waiting.

Nothing useful to say. My view of the Board and TZ's performance remains unchanged from at least 18 months ago.

I'm hoping that the mystery $1.5M "investment" does not share any common aspects with the mystery $6M under Sigalla - ie related-party loan which disappeared in a puff of smoke.

(All being well, the $1.5M is probably a security deposit for a bank guarantee for a supplier. If so, why couldn't we be told this?)

I might write the Board a letter asking about it, just in case.
