Secondly, if there was going to be a CR, why would Drake buy million of shares on Market when they could just participate in a CR at a lower price?
Most of the stock sold has been bought around 8c with very little sold below that. Look at how thin the sell side is. Nothing to 8c.
Im not saying that you are definately wrong, but I think its obvious accumulation with some capping to give them a chance to stock up.
