Well now is an ideal time for a takeover. Price still very low and a lot of hard work already been done towards right-sizing this business. The headline numbers hide very strong cash generation. Some big asset sales are already in the bag with a few more on the agenda. The institutions are still keen to get out. All look good (apart from declining print volumes of course).
