    Thanks, pilatus. The presentation said $660m cash, instead of "cash and cash equivalents", so I wasn't sure.

    Yes, a new company would go ex-dividend, too- you're right. At these levels, though, a "1 NewCo for ??? OZL's" could be a small catalyst. I have some faith in SFR, and reckon it will pay dividends one day.
