its basically for this reason that the merger fell over,

the bigger shareholders thought we were giving the shares away to cheaply, they have said that they would prefer the company to raise debt,
someone from senior managment was always going to go after having the boards recommendation knocked back, having said that , there might still be a way to get the merger up as they have said that talks are continuing.
These larger shareholders are thinking longer term than the average retail punter, they have their eyes on a much bigger sp than the small man in the street.

It can be really lonely out there when the stock does not move according to its true value, but the market always seems to correct back to the right price, and if it does not, industry will re rate it.
i picked up some of those 55 cents shares today, i am still under water but can see some sunny skies ahead.
