My substantiation is derived from the prospectus and how appealing, or lack thereof it is in my view. Additionally, coupled with the delay it has taken this company to get to where it is, I can't fathom investors flocking to it.

- Don't accept that one bit ('a lot' not 'alot' BTW). Unless you can demonstrate otherwise, I've only seen two or three at most that have actually asserted they believed P1 would never list.

- Same as above. I suggest you're embellishing.
"...they have not once said anything positive about P1 getting past ASIC - this was an achievement in itself.."
- If this company does list and doesn't preform even remotely close to 'exceptional', I'm sure those that were praising it for 'getting past ASIC' as some type of 'achievement', will be the first to start condemning it IMO.
"The market may not have woken to it yet.."
- Ever consider that maybe the market is completely awake to it and simply not that impressed??
I'll be the first to acknowledge my view was erroneous if P1 raise the full extent of capital they're seeking. I just can't see it happening.
Any clue as to how much they've raised so far?
