    Ok, it's the 28th

Had the op on time, all went well and I don't recall anything. Not sure when I got back to my room, I was feeling quite well, although I was very tired, so much of late morning and the afternoon I slept.

I was up and walking around 7pm with the aid of a walking frame, that, to my surprise went quite well. I've been up this morning, had a shower and cleaned my teeth with no assistance whats ever.

The hardest thing was having a pee, the threat hanging over me was a catheter being inserted if I could not achieve having a pee by 10pm.......I pee'd

So far so good., bit sore in the groin and back, nothing major.

My surgeon was Mr Michael Prichard, he looks after a lot of AFL footballers, you may recall the amazing recovery of some of the Geelong players, Mr Prichard has also done surgery on Layton Hewitt's, I was in good hands.

    Thanks for the wishes, appreciated

    Dtrad
