GJ's retirement has no bearing on the T.O by whoever in the end.
As I maintained, despite all the chicken BS about Sundance being a China-only orphan over the last 2 years, the company has ONLY officially be on the market for 2 months (since the granting of the 2nd mining permit).
Prior to which, there was nothing to be taken over.
