You're misconstruing what I've said.

I never suggested that it's substantiated that they, P1, will fail in raising the full capital stated. What I said was, that is a view I hold which is not merely a 'downramp' but a justified view.
Hence, what's substantiated is that I was not simply 'downramping'. Hope this clears that up for you...

A prospectus could be one million pages long..it makes no difference if it's completely distorted and or improper.
