Probably the best way to do that is the map the drill holes of both into two Spreadsheets... Sounds weird... but I got this idea from a few folk in the mining industry who are very successful investors ...they simply map the results from each drill hole onto a spreadsheet in the same arrangement as they were found on the ground with spacing to replicate distance between holes to make it easy to compare.
I expect they then generate a 3d map ... but Certainly I have not taken it this far ....yet. A Bit of leg work but well worth the effort it you really want to do in depth comparison of holes.
