In a trading halt, I feel the Co will push for shareholders to accept this deal with RNG.
I will vote "yes" if the Co feels this is the right play. Financially, the Co is not great & I believe without this deal, we may just fade away.
They need money - but cant dilute shares any further, this seems like it might be the only way our of our current mess.
Although I am not keen to take a cheap price for the Co, IF this is the way to push through & get some work completed on the ground at Waterberg, then thats what I will do.
RNG share price is more manipulated than FSE - I presume in an attempt to make it look like a "fairer" transaction.
Just my opinion, but I seriously feel for the Co to survive, then we NEED this deal - desperately.
Look into the financials, we are running on fumes.
Cheers
