42.5 million warrants were issued to investors/creditors (payments for services) on 27 February 2013 - which they can immediately convert to shares by a one off payment of $425 (ie. total).
Currently sitting on $19m worth of shares (pure profit) - most would take an immedaite short term profits - knowing that they probably have other warrants to cover longer term gains.
