I am retail investor with a modest stake.
The SP trend of AGO doesn’t compute to me so have done some dd and smell something.
New MD and CFO were appointed roughly same time, they are linked but not necessarily via past business dealings
CFO
Has no relevant or past experience with mining Co affairs
Has no past connection with WA
Shortly after his appointment made redundant the most competent and qualified people in the AGO finance team (those people who would possibly undermine him)

I am very guarded and suspicious at the best of times but this controlled SP deterioration screams out one thing – Hostile Takeover!
