Was thinking the same mayfair - that the Hearing must have been short and sweet if ACE is/was still amending the statement of claim. I had wrongly assumed that this would have been a fait accompli prior to yesterday's hearing.

"As a result of information which became available during the discovery process, ACE is in the process of amending its statement of claim to particularise the various allegations against Quasar and Heathgate."

The respondents have almost a month to say whether they consent to the proposed amended statement. Why would they - unless it was in their favour - eg an error in the original statement of claim ?? .. Looks like the SP will be contained within the same narrow range for most of this FY ... back to sleeeeeeeep for me ..
