Being vocally negative is fine if it is in the right place and stands a chance of bringing about change. From what I have read about TZL AGMs there has been a deafening silence from the people who rant and rave on Hotcopper. I understand that it's not always practical for people to fly interstate for AGMs, but surely some of the very negative and frequent posters on here must have attended?

In my opinion one phone call to Bouris or Wilson with all the questions and complaints that are aired here, or one question on notice at the AGM, would be more useful than 20 Hotcopper posts.

As a positive suggestion, could we perhaps make a list of tasks that might accomplish something and see if we can muster any volunteers to undertake them?

    For example...

    1. Someone talk to Bouris.
    2. Someone talk to Wilson or Ting.
    3. Someone contact QVT and try to see where they stand on TZL management. Sound them out for possible board sackings if underperformance continues.
    4. Someone talk to Patersons and see what they are spouting. (Surely someone on here has an account with Patersons?)
    5. Someone find out how much discussion was conducted about salaries and what kind of oversight is involved in this area of expenditure. Prima facie the salaries appear to be out of proportion to market cap and prospects; why are so many shareholders apparently wrong about this?

We could also have a list of questions such as the ones you composed, so that callers are well prepared and can cut through the usual obfuscation that occurs when you get these kind of characters on the line.

We must control quite a few million shares between us, a lot of money, so it would be well worth trying to organise some concerted pressure for information and passing on some shareholder demands.

I would put my hand up for one of these tasks if I know other people support the idea.
