    No change from management. Still expect all permits etc to be in place by END of 3rd quarter. It's March tomorrow!

    Doesn't look like the 'gap' in charts @ 26c - 26.5c is going to get filled. Will only happen if there's bad news or approvals don't happen by 29/03.

    Many of us have been waiting awhile. Almost too long....
