one thing to remember is never buy into a stock an amount that you can't afford to lose and never over invest, or 'put all your eggs in one basket', you must diversify.

There is not one stock or investment that you can expect to buy into and become a millionaire overnight or rich very quickly, it just doesn't happen, its untrue, and if it were so easy and quick to accomplish, everyone would do it and we'd all be rich.

You have to make calculated risks, fit a portfolio, invest what you can afford and manage those investments on a daily basis, if you dont have time for that, then you pay a professional to do it for you.

I think Blackthorn has a lot of potential, in fact, I truly believe they are undervalued at present, HOWEVER, the market disagrees with me, and that means, the 'majority' thinks otherwise.

Whether the majority is right or not, you can't definitively say, only time will tell, depending on what your objectives and time horizons are.

the market is not always right, so thats something to keep in mind, but unfortunately at the moment, it disagrees with most of us BTR believers

Why BHP walked away, could be a range of things, only they will know, I dont, but i can speculate, and i think being the massive company they are, they have so many projects in the pipeline with so little capital, both human and financial capital to provide to their pipeline, that Mumbwa simply didnt make their tier 1 list, but thats ok, it absolutely doesnt mean Mumbwa wont be hugely profitable

fianlly, the phase 6 results have come in way above expectations and perhaps its these type of results BHP were hoping for over phase 1-5, had these results been there in say phase 3, perhaps this would be a different outcome

I think a real key is that BHP retained their 2% royalty over the project, a real testament to the potential imo and it shows belief that they think copper will be profitably mined from our leases

Then theres Perkoa, lots of unknown, and its hitting the market, will BTR be able to take any sort of profit away from the project and bring it, materially, to the shareholders, to be honest, im not so sure, maybe 30m over the 8-10 year life, which isnt a lot, but the upcoming report due to any will clear that up a little more

in conclusion, with 32m in the bank and a copper resource, potentially of 3mt, i'm quite happy to buy a part in that story when the MC is around 160m as it is now, i'm happy with my investment and will continue to accumulate and for me, thats all that matters.
