Hi ausheds,

lets firstly say ignore any potential BT of oblique trendlines

what you should be focusing more on is any 'testing' within a lateral sense

ie. the zones that the pro money have either decided to buy or to sell

atm no one knows for sure what flavour this high volume is made up of,

but the way to work it out or should say to be on the correct side of a trade near it, is to watch for any signs of either 'SOW/SOS'

lets say you are one of these groups controlling the situation atm, and you have bought into a particular level, why would you let the price fall lower ?

If on the other hand you've placed large amounts of your supply/shorts in that area, well after a period of time (holding up to offload more at that same high price) you let it fail below the lows of that area,

therefore thats an easy key to watch for

locate the lows of this high volume or their activity, it being friend or foe and observe the reaction when the price is near it ie. testing or signs of weakness

lastly ausheds, yesterdays volume was tooo extreme to be considered any kind of testing, thats in chapter one of the books you was dragging behind you :)
