    In short, as you well know, nothing in life comes with 100% assurance.

    Whilst I have my own conclussions as to why this deal has taken so long to finalise, I wish to keep them mine only.

    The comment you make is quite interesting.

    Whilst I cannot recall the other ASX company you are referring too (feel free to enlighten me) I have taken solace of the fact by various ASX announcements that Union Pacifc aka S H Koh (along with what I can only assume 'friends' of Union Pacific/Koh) has participated directly in Cnote raisings for AEM.

    I do recall that at one stage I was having concerns that whilst supporting the company with one hand (via cnote raisings) that Union Pacific on the other hand may have then been taking out (same/similar) the dollars via consulting fees. This was not the case.

    To be honest imo IF Union Pacific and AEM Management were not "joined at the hip" given the length of time that has passed, AEM Management would (should) have walked away due to what I consider the in-excusable delays.
