I think if enough people believe in charting that it will undoubtedly have an impact on SP; fundamentals build the reason why to buy a stock, TA to get your entries/exits. When your gambling on sentiment such as the market anything can happen though.
May I recommend that we open a new charting thread for BRU as this one takes quite a while to load with all the charts popping up simultaneously =)
