donkey, I agree with you. The problem is with these dual listed stocks is that we wait for the US to lead and they wait for us to lead. In the end the shareholders suffer as the shares keep drifting down. NRT was 37c on Monday then closed at around 33c. The US closed at 33c on Monday so we freaked out Tuesday and sold it down, and so the trend continues. The only people who seem to make money are the shorters. However the US is drifting down and very small volume, so a pump from here or some news will send NRT sky rocketing. But we wait and see.
In relation to the weather. Couldn't agree more. My desk is right up against a window, and all I can see is rain, and leaves getting stuck to my window from the wind.
