omg, you've possibly seen and completely disapprove of my thoughts of how to protect your investment, but will put it forward anyway
if you're only going to invest this one stock
1. open and fund a CFD account equal to abt 1/10th of your LYC holdings
2. whenever for whatever reason you believe that the price will be effected to the southside, lets say over the ST/MT open a hedge position to protect the value of your longs.
3. it doesn't have to be for the full amount either, I regularly do it without even thinking, open to cover half your position or even a quarter its up to you
4. and its cheap, cover half your position and it will only cost whatever the price of the share is at the time, divide by 10, divide by half, cheap
