it is our mangement that has got us into this situation and one mans fight also and the share price slowly drops into the sunset,the pain that we are going through on wasted money that we believed in the research that we have done before committing,

also the time line that these legals have taken and could drag out for years,and to try to achieve what,that pie in the sky 100% back i doubt it and a takeover by the bb,they can play this for years and still mine with their agreements in the area,so has our leaders gone down the right path,a david and goliath battle but one side has the clout and other ventures which create monies and can fund this litigation for years and we have 27 mil but that is all we have, where are all these new ideas that is going to drive ags shareprice forward,or have mangement bunked down,that is why we have no announcements going forward

and yes i am peeved off with many others as that having a large holding u take a bigger hit and having shares for so long u have to question our leaders with what we have at 4mile we have gone nowhere and final decision made by the courts,where was our due dilligance in this deal and also at maldon for one mans say so
