I am sure that we have geologists ,chemical engineer mining experts ,and cost analysis's in this forum who with their help are enlightening the less knowledgeable like myself.
Could you please explain to all the processes/phases that the REE ores go through before the final product ?
Eg LAMP got phase 1 and 2 , now phase 3 is being talked about, re processing HREE.
Is it possible for Phase 3 plant be built in WA , Owned by one company, that would serve any of the Australian REE companies with some goverment control .
Cost =??? half billion or more dollars?
Lot of money for any one company in Australia.
Australia got the REE ,how else can we be competitive like the Gov in China?
Or is it a dog eat dog syndrome?
