Totally agree "History of failure".
Many have been burn't by this company over the years....A few quick trades on swings is the only way to make money on this stock. No point hanging in for the long term, many other stocks offer better short, medium and long term gains.
A sinking ship indeed. Poor old SD maybe needed some sort of tax write-off/offset?
