I am not 100% but I thought I heard somewhere that the South Gippsland shire put the above applications on hold if that is possible? Anyone else heard this? I cannot see much mining going on around Mirboo North because it is a prime agricultural area plus I have never seen so many lock the gate signs in my life while passing through. I looked up the old scarlett mine that is mentioned on the website, It is smack bang in the middle someones farm. It's probably got a dairy on it by now.
