Yep, and the 5mill can be taken as 30% of break fee and that suits me.
The sooner management get away from this diversion and back to the company objective of building a top ten IO producer for all that invested the better.
We have our paper work, time for management to focus on working in our, the owners interests and build our port,railway and mine.
That's were the real gain is.
