    Yes, clogs. I think the delay will give the chance for manipulator to drive down the price to new low.

    And $15 mil EBITDA is for 100% of the project. Due to Rand depreciation, $15 mil now maybe only $13 now. It's different from export, Rand depreciation is good for exporter but no good for sales to domestic.
