I would say so, if things ARE as they appear from the recent reports.

Range holders who suffered a cap raise while this money was out on loan have suffered a material loss based on an unsound lending practice whereby certain parties potentially benefited via charging lending fees and money was loaned when that money was needed by Range for working capital purposes imo.

In essence, both written and recorded verbal communications exist that appear to contradict the information in the recent financial reports.

That should be answered.
