Most of your thoughts are on the money my friend. As for the cashflow, well.. from what I understand it will not be an issue or so I've been assured. Funding will be made available, but it will be at least a few months from now. As far as I know, the project has made some progress but still a bit to go yet. Management are dragging out the updates as long as they can, because out of hand delays are holding up works. I'm certain an official update will be made available in the next few days. It may not be the one your all expecting but it is progress. I've been unwell of late, hence the silence.
