I believe this is pretty much the best thing that could have happened to Lynas, and likely a more important news than the long-awaited news of production start (at that point not much more than an formality where only the exact day was unknown).

Nick Curtis (even though taking a doubtful course of action with Crown), has been a god-send for a company like Lynas, to build it up, get the right people in place, and get the money. I do hope he continues to show the strength of vision he had so far.

However, for quite a while I was doubtful, that he is actually the right man to talk to end customers about specifics, not just because he might lack the same level of expertise than Noyrez, but because he is by nature more a politician/banker/strategist.
Noyrez with his connections back into the industry itself is the absolute perfect match for this task, and we will need him even more to get Duncan running, hopefully by roping in knowledgeable people from his previous work (Rhodia!), or at least getting the tolling of the HREE going through them.

I am extremely pleased, that with this decision, both will stay in the company, and both can use their abilities now where they are matched to their individual strengths the most.

Production start created barely a flicker of attention from me, but this news is worthy of opening a good bottle for!
