The seller could either be Pt Burmi or SAAD Investments.
The other 4 Large holders which is NHC (WHSP), ANZ, and AK and N Mitchell are all on the board, So they cannot buy or sell while negotiations are continuing.

Hi Lionel, I gather RBS must have put out a recommendation out with that target price of 66c. Can you please tell me what date that report came out. Thanks

Also have you heard anything more from your colleague re last weeks news about Mitsui being the hold up?
