    I think dcrowe has a point that the shorts anticipate some TXN holders will sell.

    That was the very reason why exited TXN on the last day at $0.58 as i thought I buy SEA at a better rate than the 1:2 less TPD holding.

    Not sure what games are going on with TPD as I only value it at $0.08 at best.

    If things get silly then anything below 0.96 will appeal.
