Sarge - A cap raise at some point is inevitable of course. Timing of which ? who knows ? , but does it really matter to professional investors ?.. not really...

Professional investors will proportionally add to their holdings as cap raises come and go. And have cash set aside for doing so.

This is a really defining point between professional long termer investors and short term ammatures / traders . This and the ability to identify the true value of a company.

Most ASX investors have little in the way of a strategy , idea or clue about what it takes to make $$ in this game.

You can always find a reason to sell , or to buy if you look hard enough. And stocks are always trending this way, that way or the other.....but in the long term , bears make money (shorters) bulls make money (long termers) and the pigs get slaughtered (those with no conviction to either side). Bulls wont be right 100% of the time , bears wont be right 100% of the time either , but both will make money if they have patience , conviction and know when to get out of dodge.

At $3 the bulls had their time in the sun , at 25c its the bears time to shine .... some bulls even became bears on the way down. The coin will flip again soon enough.

Bulls will be buying here , bears probably about to close out a few nice shorts. Pigs are probably selling at 3 years lows and crystalising a nice loss.

Bet the guy who sold at 22.5c today feels pretty good about now.
