I didnt think it was that carefully hidden at the time Peace. I dont have the docjmentz in front of me but as far as i recall they have a certain amount of time to take up the shares and pay out the loan. If they choise not to do so the company funds the purchase. not sure if anyone else read it differently but as far as i can see it is a 6.4c option which has around 4 years to run i think it was. Maximum exposure to upside with no risk whatsoever to themselves if it fails. How nice that would be in our world.
