Another article re Togo and the Phosphate Tender...
This article, inter alia, suggests that a decision looks nigh and further that the Tender may also be given to two different parties in relation to the two different aspects of the Tender.
This seems consistent with the announcement made on 23/01/13 by BMB :
" The Tender requirement considers one party to develop and mine the Project and a second party to undertake downstream beneficiation on upgraded rock phosphate to produce phosphoric acid and fertilizer products."
BMB also noted in that announcement that they comprehensively addressed the two aforementioned aspects.
