I don't think you have been reading the announcements properly Dollarsandsense.
The announcements have clearly stated that resource estimates would be done for each section as flow rates are collected.
Basically they work on each section and work out the potential from each section.
And just because NWE haven't given us every single little scrap of data that they have doesn't mean they don't have any at all. If the average investor can't even decide whether this company is worth investing in from a single number (like the 770,000 flow rate), then I doubt they will understand highly complex and technical data.

As for doubting the company doing the resource estimation...Yeah I can't see a single reason for that. If I was as concerned about this as you..I would have sold my shares already, or alternatively just re-read over previous announcements to double check that my doubts won't be relieved...or googling the company and find out what they do and how they do it before I post comments on forums.

Also, simply googling the company name gave me multiple reports on the very first page.
