Hi Seals. I would have to think the sp is at rock bottom. I have been acquiring more. There can only be huge upside from a succesful environmental approval. Whilst that is not certain investors will hold off buying but as you say the goverment is positive about this project proceeding.. Guess we'll just have to wait.
