All Directors have a duty of care as a group and individually to act in the best interest of all Shareholders.
If there is any wrongdoing by a Director then it is the responsiblity of the other Directors to put a stop to it or they are complicit in the act themselves.imo
Watching 4 Corners on Monday night was a classic example of how shareholders can be ripped off by a smart and crooked Director.
I dont believe we shareholders have any accountability towards us with the setup as is with the way AGS is run.
I'm not saying there is any similarity with what happened with the Company in the 4 Corners episode but there are some in the way AGS is setup and run. eg Fees to Directors outside of their entitlements.imo! As in life everything starts from somewhere and grows.!imo
I.Gandel has taken it upon himself to deliver us from the supposed wrongdoing which happened to AGS. When this is over then We/I can judge him.imo
Win or lose, as long as he does whats best, thats all that matters.imo In doing that and win or lose, I'll shake his hand.
I. G. also pointed out to me there are no guarantees in this "game" (My word for the Legal Matters).
I hope we get the 100% back which then equates to 60% with Itochu on board.
We just have to hang in there and rely on people and events out of our control.imo
Sludge baring bad luck, health, see you at the next AGM.
