I think we do look at it from all angles axlsusie. For starters, TTE only has a few hundred million shares on issue, not Billions of shares, as some companies involved in the Perth Basin have.

Amazing how some people do forget that TTE is already producing from this slat dome; that TTE are selling the oil at $7 under the Brent Crude price (so, well over $100 per barrel, depending on oil price for the week); that salt domes are prolific oil producers due to their ability to trap oil within them; that they are also difficult to drill.
HOWEVER, see above re: TTE already producing oil from the AD salt dome.

There are any number of articles on Texas salt domes, if you google the subject.

As for the DR11 drill in the North Perth Basin, just about anyone who knows anything about this area (and that will be most TTE investors) will that the potential is HUGE. Not just for gas but also oil, as NWE has proven.
If you have not already done so, do yourselves a favour and read the NWE newsletter from last Friday - we will be drilling into the same formations - and there is any amount of info on these formations i.e. the Feb 2011 EIA Report which I posted about on here recently. Go to page 364, where the Australia section starts and you will find 4 areas in Australia listed for shale gas (and oil) potential. These are: the Cooper Basin; the PERTH Basin, the Canning Basin and the Maryborough Basin. THe EIA Report predicted that Australia has huge potential shale gas reserves and for what it is worth, BRU in the Canning Basin is proving up that potential. OBL may be a recipient of their pioneering work.
In the Perth Basin, it is NWE......but TTE has the ability to be not far behind them and to benefit from NWE's pioneering work. We even have the same partner i.e. AWE.

So don't let unprofessional posters get to you, is what I am trying to say. Do the research on the fundamentals and reach YOUR OWN conclusion.
The psychological game being played by some (and often for no other reason than being what are technically referred to by some of us as 'sick $@#&ards', althoug you may have a stronger word for them), is to work on your insecurities - and that can only come from NOT doing your own research.
If you had/have done the research, you will know the potential and no one should be able to 'force' you (through working on your psychological insecurities) to give up your TTE shares.
