Hi gassed - judging by the manner in which BPT took out ADE and DLS took out ACN, both for a song following SP manipulation, I would have thought about a 60% premium to the Sp, so only about $185m I guess - in other words, taking it out for pretty much whatever they decide they fancy paying and then leaving the dirty work to the merchant bankers. The lesson of ADE and ACN is it doesn't take much for rats to desert a sinking ship when the writing is on the wall, to mix up a few metaphors - so if they go down the same path by making an on market offer, with maybe a further offer as when SXY started buying up ACN and DLS upped their offer a few cents, once 50% goes, then 90% is a formality. I doubt I will be so lucky as for this to occur tomorrow am, I wish - actually as a Beach holder I would like to see it happen, but as a new Icon holder as of today's update, I hope they can see this through as an independent and holders will reap multiples.
