All that said, l'm convinced that the current price is not areflection of future potential, but moreover a function of what those with money were prepared to pay.
It happens all the time. One stock that l know was trading in the 40's and mgmt needed cash. Nose on face type stuff. To get necessary funds, they had to raise in the low 30's.
Never really recovered since.
For all of us that play the market, this isn't unique is it?
