I agree with most of what you are stating however i disagree about your timing prediction...
I believe the SP will rise significantly within days or within the next few weeks...
If you or and everybody else are waiting to see "significant cash and lots of it" to be officially announced you will be paying a lot more than 59 cents...
...time will tell...it always does...Lynas Corporation has significantly de risked...positive (price moving) announcements are imminent....DYOR....
