    while I agree the resource smallcaps have been a hit-and-miss ride there have been other small/mid-caps which have been rising almost unilaterally.

    I'm talking healthcare minors.

    CAJ, AHZ, ACG... any healthcare services minor seems to have done well and the healthcare indice is up 57% YoY..

    Safety in an aging population perhaps? or a bubble ready to crash?
